What you should know:

• PLEASE NOTE-From May 6 thru December 8, 2013, Barcelo Maya Beach will be renovating some of the public areas of the property, including the hallway area between and toward the guest rooms, the lobby and main buffet restaurant. During this time, the Lobby Bar, Buffet Restaurant and Mexican a-la-cart restaurant will be closed. However, guests have available and are welcome to use all facilities of the adjoining Barcelo Maya Caribe property, including the Grill Restaurants and Theatre Bar (opens at 5PM). There may be some construction noise during this time.
